This is the best gym I’ve ever attended; safe, clean, and clear in instruction. Tim is professional, courteous and encouraging in his approach to coaching. He is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and, if I can swing it, one day he will be my kids strength coach when they are old enough. 10/10, would recommend!!!

I started at the Tri-City Barbell Club 3 years ago and have always been impressed by Tim's dedication and consideration of his clients. I had a back injury from work (I am a nurse) that wasn't healing even after 2 years of taking advice from physical therapists and chiropractic care. With Tim's coaching and encouragement my back pain was relieved after 6 months of strength training! Tim's gym has been a safe place to work toward strength goals I never thought possible.
