Isaac is the greatest mechanic of all time. He is so knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and exceptionally reasonable in pricing (also one of the nicest guys you could ever meet). We have had two of our cars worked on with extensive work and he took care of every problem without issue and within budget. He's the most honest fair mechanic I've ever met. I had good service for several years from Isaac at TriCity. But recently I took in my 2002 Honda Civic that was overheating. Isaac said I needed a new engine and charged me $550. When I got home, I could not get the hood open. I donated the car to Make- A-Wish. I will not be going back to TriCity.
Not overcharging for anything and super helpful and honest service, great and friendly people there too always coming here!
