Based on a referral, I brought my Volvo SUV in with a unique battery problem to see Bob as he is an expert expert when it comes to electric/battery issues. He is a professional and a man with high integrity. I had my car back within two days and couldn't be happier with the service and fair price -- about half what the dealership wanted. I wanted to write this review before my elation wore off which would make me forget to thank the shop and owner for their time and expertise.
