I went hoping to hear better since I recently lost hearing on left side got my new hearing aids still can’t hear with new aids go figure
The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. I was a little late and she took it in stride and was non-judgemental. Dr. Kiwan was personable, knowledgeable and articulate in his instructions, explanations and expectations.
They always seem to know exactly what I need.
