Ashley was my Audiologist. I felt comfortable with her the minute I met her. She explained the change she made in my hearing aid. I was amazed how much better I could hear. Ashley is a five star for sure.. The receptionist was so pleasant and friendly. I will recommend Ashley and tri-City audiology to my fiends.

We had a very complete and thorough evaluation and couldn't have been more satisfied. This is not a Costco evaluation. The analysis was very complete, with an reasonable "next step" plan.
