Brightspeed (formerly Century Stink) is junk. My streaming programs freeze a dozen times a day at least and when I check the speed it's down below 1Mbps and then slowly creeps back up to 3 or 4 megabits per second before finally returning to 8Mbps after a few minutes, which is the maximum I can get despite their claims of higher speeds. Absolute Crap. Photo shows Tubi streaming frozen for the 10th time in 2 hours. 3 more freezes in past 15 minutes.

We're learning about a new cable company but it's only the internet for a short period, give us time. I'm not disappointed with the performance or the cost of the service, but I would like to have it longer.

I wanted to share the experience I had dealing with Mr. Transmission. I bought a reman transmission out in Montana. The warranty was still good and Rick dealt with Hanser's out in Billings for me. He went beyond what I expected. They had the transmission shipped to their shop and replaced it in a short amount of time. Once again I want to thank Rick and the employees at Mr. Transmission for everything they did for me.
