Our new oven would not come back on after a power outage. John & I agreed it had probably shorted the panel, which he confirmed when he came to inspect the unit. The oven was new enough that they were not making the part yet, but he checked on the available date. John ordered the part as soon as it was available, and called to set an appointment a couple days before its expected arrival. He was able to peel off and reuse the old panel label, saving us another $200. The new install was covered under the original service call.... read more
