Horrible customer service – Our fridge went out, and our homeowners insurance referred us to Tri City Appliance. When my husband called for an appointment, they told him they would be out Tuseday morning. I took off half a day of work, and they never showed. When I called them to figure out what was going on, they told me that they had the appt. down for Wednesday.
