Took my cat in for diagnosis & treatment re: some upper respiratory stuff going on. Told me I had to leave a $250 cash deposit. Looked in my wallet and I had only $220. Offered to leave that and go get the other $30 from an ATM. Front office staff refused, and worse, acted real snotty about it. I work outside and wasn't dressed to the nines, and it was very apparent that they thought that they were dealing with some lower life form. Crappy practice, crappy people, crappy building.

does not care if you don't have money on hand... – I took my dog on Saturday to be seen he was very sick and I didn't know what was wrong with him...My usual vet was closed. I wanted to have them look at my dog and see if there was anything I needed to do until I could get to my vet on Monday, but one of the staff asked to see my dog so we went out to my truck and I told her that he had not been eating he had loss of balance and breathing funny. She looked at my dog and when he relieved him self she says" he has blood in his... read more

Always excellent care – I've been using this vet for 10 years, and over the years, they have cared for two cats and are currently caring for my two pit bulls. I've boarded my animals here, and the assistants know them by name, and my dogs love coming to the vet! Dr. Abara is kind, unhurried, and willing to discuss how to keep costs low. When one of my pit bulls was injured over Thanksgiving last year, Dr. Abara saw her immediately, and then referred us to an animal hospital that had 24-hour care, saying that he didn't want h... read more

Each doctor charges different prices – My wife and I went a week and a half ago to get my terrier a dental cleaning. On friday we set up an appointment and were quoted a price of $150 by the head doctor, Dr. Abara. When we went to drop of our dog Monday, there was a different doctor on duty and the front desk clerk presented us with a price of $180. We tried to get them to lower it to the promised amount. We didn't get to speak with the female doctor and the staff at the front desk said we were being charged for a catheter. ... read more

I have always had pets, and being a resident of this area for over 20 years, I've had the opportunity to visit nearly all of the veterinary clinics in the area. I had several bad experiences with this clinic in the past, one in particular where I took a male cat in to be neutered, and when I called to pick him up the next day, I was told he had died during the night of unknown causes. Several years passed and I learned that the clinic had been sold and was under new management and had all new staff, including veterinarians, ... read more

Not the Same Expereince – I have been taking my Cavalier to this vet since I adopted him in June and have had a very pleasing experience. I initially met with with Dr. Davis for his initial exam and she was very welcoming of questions. The staff was very attentive to me and my new pup and spent a lot time explaining to me the veterinary needs and schedule. Each subsequest visit has been the same. The assistants are also friendly and helpful. Since the first visit, I've seen Dr. Abara and received no less service than from Dr... read more

Very knowledgeable veterinarians, clean facility, superior value for dollars. – Friends, I took my 108 pound Rottie for a spay. The doctor admitted the pet and for about 200 dollars MImi was spayed. This included pain med to go home and a one night stay. I told all my family. I will drive 20 miles past several vets to meet with the doctors at tricity anytime. They really recognise the value of money and was later able to diagnose my other pet with hyperinsulinism after years of fainting fits. All we have to do is feed her mu... read more

Beware of this vet clinic! – It's not often that I take time out to write reviews like this one, but I feel it's my civic duty to warn people about this veterinary clinic. My first experience was not positive: the clinic was understaffed; the vet wasn't available for questions (and the one assistant who was there was clueless); I was quoted one price and when it was time to pay, I discovered $55 that no one mentioned previously; and finally, they failed to mention important follow-up care for the procedure my cat had - -I le... read more

Good first experience – I visted for the first time today and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Dr. Davis was very welcoming of my "first time Mom" questions. The facilities are clean and spacious but do have an animal smell, as expected. The staff cradled and talk to my pup as if he was theirs. I will definitely be taking my new puppy back for follow-up.
