Fantastic service! Our awning broke during a rainstorm overnight and we could hardly get in and out of our motorhome. I called our roadside assistance provider and they dispatched Tri-Cities RV Service. Lucas arrived 30 minutes prior to the estimated arrival and quickly removed the broken awning allowing us to access the RV. Lucas removed all the broken parts, sealed all the fastener holes within an hour. I'm glad I found a reliable RV Service Provider for all my future service.
These people are awesome people. He came out when he said he would and got everything done reasonable. I will highly recommend him.
My experience was excellent. Lucas responded quickly, ordered the replacement parts and installed them on an expedited schedule. I selected his company based on recommendation from RV dealer and am very pleased. Will definitely use him for future needs.
Lucas was professional and reliable. I kept adding issues for him to look at while he was at my camper, he never complained and hr fixed every one! Wonderful service that I will use again!
