Tri-Cities Roofing, LLC has one of the most efficient crews I've ever seen. I called them for an issue we had on our eves but our entire roof needed to be redone. When they were removing the old shingles it turned out all of the sheeting over our house and everything over the eves in our garage was warping, delaminated, oddly wavy and overall in bad shape. Workers using you’re company truck which I would assume is because it has the company logo on it was trying to take a left turn while pedestrians (a kid) was crossing still drove up damn near 10 to 5 feet from the crosswalk while the pedestrian had just began walking meaning the vehicle was literally right in front of the pedestrian. The team from Tri-Cities Roofing did a great job and had the best price out of the contractors that provided quotes. Very happy with the results. When there was an issue with the initial install, they were back out the next day to correct the problem.
We had our composite shingle roof replaced by this company recently and could not be happier. They started our project promptly on time and finished efficiently. The communication was excellent. They meticulously cleaned up and left us with an expertly installed roof that not only looks perfect, but we expect it to last for a long time. Very competitive pricing. Tri-City Roofing replaced all my plastic vents with metal vents. Plus fixed the roof shingles around the vents. The crew was early and set up ,started on time. They were very polite and respectful. The work was done , cleaned up , and everything explained clearly to me. Very nice working with Poco and his crew. I would use them again, also because they were honest with me and didn't try to sell me more that I needed.
