I was not happy with my service
Up front and honest about pricing. Called during repair to advise of other found issues and asked if we wanted to go ahead and add them. This was tremendous to me because I knew the cost and wasn't surprised at the time of pickup with a different price
Highly recommend this place. Seems like every mechanic in this industry is out to just take your money. Tri-Cities is not that way at all. They are truly a blessing!!
