We recently purchased a home that this company had remodeled. After attempting to contact them several times to discuss the work they did without licenses such as the electric as well as improperly installed HVAC unit and ducts, plumbing and exterior details like gutters and flashing that weren’t even screwed into the wood substrate beneath., it seems that nobody is willing to return a call or email. Very satisfied with the work done by Tri-Cities Remodeling. They built 2 new decks and replaced the siding on the house. I was one of the flood victims in Tennessee. My house was completely flooded up to 5 foot and some parts of the house was higher. With the large amount of work that had to be done they were very efficient on time and on the quality of work. I had a lot of questions to ask and they were very patient an answered every question with kindness. They are the most dependable, professional,and trustworthy company that I have had work for me. Highly recommend them!
