Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. They always fit me in around my crazy busy schedule! We will always go here for our families MRI needs.
I went to this location and was told to give a credit card to make my appointment. I was also told my credit card would never be charged unless they notified me. When I asked how much my MRI would aprox cost the woman told me since i have bcbs and they were in network it would probably cost me nothing. 10 days after my MRI I had a pending charge on my credit card for almost $500. All they could say was they were sorry but the person who gave me that information was no longer working for them because of similar situations. Th... read more
We find this facility to be very friendly and professional. It's not sterile like many hospital environments. We have recommended Tri Cities Open MRI to many of our family members, friends, as well as clients we do work with. It is no wonder they are voted one of the BEST! Continue doing what you have been doing.
Thank God for TCOM If is wasen't for the friendly, experienced technologist at this facility I would never have been able to have this test. Thumbs up to anyone who needs an MRI at Tri-Cities. What a great group of ladies! Cathy explained everything in such detail that I left there with no questions or doubts that my test was done right....I wish I was sent there for all my other MRI's.
Do Not Go There! The lady at the front desk is very cold! The "TECH" seemed very young and didn't know what she was doing. I was there for over an hour. I had to have stuff put in through a needle and she couldn't even get my vein. I thought these people actually went to school for this!
awesome experience – This is one terrific place. My doctor was so impressed with the pictures and my experience that he now sends all his business there. I would refer them to anybody!
