Update: I was able to use a different company that solved the issue in a few conversations with the manufacturer. Ash did not provide a warranty claim number, nor could the manufacturer look it up. Ash called me and threatened to sue me and cursed me out. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself a headache and DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Consider yourself warned. I called Tri-Cites Mobile RV on Monday explaining that my AC in my trailer quit working. They came that day and determined that the AC unit was bad and that i needed a new one. I thought that i would have to wait several weeks for the new AC unit to arrive, However they told me they could have the unit in by Thursday and install it Friday Morning.
