We cannot say enough amazing things about Tri Cities Jiu Jitsu Club. From the very first day my little girl walked through their doors, she was welcomed with patience, kindness, and genuine encouragement. I've trained at multiple Jiu Jitsu gyms all over the country, and I can honestly say this place is hands down one of the best places I've ever visited. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The people are friendly, supportive, and make everyone feel right at home from day one. The program is very solid too. It's well-structured, great instruction, and real progress in technique and conditioning. Highly recommend!
I dropped in for training at TRJJC while in town and I had a great time! Everyone at the gym was welcoming and Barry is a very knowledgeable instructor. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. I highly recommend checking this gym out if you are traveling or looking to get started training.

I've been practicing Muay Thai and BJJ for a few months and I've learned that you gym becomes your family. My home is Minnesota but I had to come to Virginia for work for awhile. The members and coaches here made me feel like I was still at home from the very beginning and I love learning new skills from them that I get to take back home. This is a great place to train for all levels of experience
