If you wanna learn mix martial art in this area. This is the place to go. I attended there 3 months mostly Muay Tai boxing classes and I really enjoy it the people there and the coaches. Everybody was very welcoming and very helpful and patient. Big respect to coach OG and coach Chris.
Been at Ft. Lee, VA. for my military training for over a month now and found this Gem of a gym to get some training in while I’m here. If you’re ever in Ft.
