Great leaders good instructions and a welcoming environment. All ages all sizes! This is incredible activity for a child’s self esteem!
I was in town for a few weeks training with the military. I contacted the studio to ask about Mat fees for visitors and was told that I could train for up to two weeks with no financial commitment. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The lead instructor was very knowledgeable and kind as well. I would highly recommend this business to any parents looking to train their kids or adults looking for good self-defense and physical training. I hope I get to visit again one day I enjoyed myself so much!
We love this place , and they love what they do which make it a great place to be at for my 8yr old who does BJJ . Everyone is so nice and supportive just a great environment.
Just spent the last 2 months training gi and no gi here while in town for work. Can't begin to say enough about these guys. It is a warm and welcoming atmosphere that gets straight down to business. They offer classes for those just starting out in their jiu jitsu journey as well as more advanced classes for those who have training time under their belt.
