My very first visit anywhere getting Botox. Was happy with the ease and comfort, I felt coming into the unknown. Was educated a bit. As well as asked if I had a price range in mind. I thought that was super thoughtful and considerate to try to spread my money as far as possible with what I was trying to correct with Botox services. Tho I was willing to let them do as much as they thought I needed for what I wanted corrected❤️will be recommending people whenever I can!
I love Tri cities wellness Staff is friendly nice make you feel at home So many treatment available I have recommended them to all my friends and family Look them up try them out you won’t be disappointed Thank you

I am recovering from a virus and the purpose for my visit was to re-hydrate. I was listened to with empathy and concern. The nurses were friendly and professional as were the front staff. The first IV didn't go well as my veins are not in the best shape due to dehydration. It caused a lot of immediate pain. Another nurse started one with my other arm and was successful while Kelly put a warm compress on the initial arm that helped immediately. Overall, I'm so glad to have had this option vs going to ER.
