Once again this bank has made an error with my account... somehow..somebody shut off my debit cards.... i have not graced the doors of this branch in over a year..yet in December of last year my cards were shut off....TCCU can't even tell me who did it...they say they didn't ...but i sure a heck did not...another fail by TCCU ...this is why my main account are at another bank these days
I've been a member of TCCU for 10+ years! I've had nothing but positive experiences and love the friendly staff. I went through the drive through last week, I hadn't even put my car in park and I hear "Hi Jackie, how are you" that doesn't happen at just any bank!
