They sent me an estimate and requested half down before they started. They were supposed to get permits and start in a month but never did and they won't call/text me back. Their phone says to leave a message but the voice mailbox is full so I can't. I'm out over $4,000!
The owner, Dakota "Cody" Gussler is a con-man. With my experience with him and his company, my advice is to stay as far away from this man and any company he is associated with. We hired TriCities Construction to perform some work at a commercial property we own in Ashland, KY (Jan 19, 2023). FRAUD!!! Beware!!! Paid him for a job that was never done. Lack of communication, untrustworthy. FYI- Most of the five star ratings are directly reported from the “owner”.
Commitment to quality is an understatement, these guys go above and beyond to satisfy their customers at every level. Good group of guys, will definitely recommend
terrible person, terrible company, druggie, leaves worksites unfinished, unprofessional, no value as a person, scroll down he literally gives himself 5 star reviews and calls real reviews fraud, this company is a joke, you should go elsewhere
