Matt in service department is the best! If you want things done right please deal with just him and not his manager!
I set an appointment for the full service oil and checked on the transmission flush price. They contacted me about an hour later with transmission price. I gave an ok, asked them if they were thinking 2 hour turn around - they stated it was about right. Long story short - showed up two hours later and waited another hour. By then I had checked with them twice about service time. They said it was looking like another hour and half, so they took me home. Needless to say another two wait at home and they came to get me.
