When I moved into the apartment it had no power and I was forced to live there for a week with no utilities. The apartment I had moved into had a severe flea infestation, my neighbors had complained about the same issue despite there being a no pet policy. The landlord does not respond to any calls or text, and despite knowing about the situation shows no empathy regarding the situation. The worst apartment I lived. They will charge all of the deposit even though you clean. Bad maintenance, no body will show up when you need to repair. Don’t rent their apartment
This is one of the worst apartments that I ever lived in. When repairs are needed you can either wait months for someone to come and inspect or they will not even show up at all to fix your issue. There were mice in our rooms and bugs everywhere. It looked nice when we first moved in but now I highly regret it. I actually never write reviews but it is so awful I feel indebted to anyone else who may rent from here to know what they are in for.
I've been with them for 2years and there customer service is excellent if you need an apartment just tell them what your looking for and what your working with fill out a brief application and your on your way
