He undervalued our home by $60,000!! We had to have a second appraisal done by someone else. The comps he used were bad. I'm mad that we paid over $400 for a bad appraisal. DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER!
Did not answer the phone, called 7 times before I could get an answer from him and when he did answer he didn’t even take the time to get my information to pull up the property. He didn’t do his homework on the comps and massively undervalued our house. I would 10/10 never recommend him for appraisal services. The most unprofessional and annoying situation.
Charged over $400, comps were old and did not match, and massively undervalued my home.
Not fair with appraisals. Avoid at all cost. Got second appraisal and it was way above theirs.
