Great location! Poor customer service. They are not on the same page with communication regarding insurance. Show up for an appt to be told you have to pay for an eye exam because they don’t take your insurance. What a waste of my time!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Gouda is very thorough and takes her time to answer any questions you might have for her. She is very pleasant and professional. She makes sure you’re comfortable with everything.
Today June 12 2026 had appointment with century's eye care in langhorne p.a. the staff was on time taking me in.for my visit everyone was profetional. I got eyeglasses prescriptions. Thank you.

I came to the office and was running a few minutes late. That was not an issue, but what I did not appreciate was the way the receptionist at the front desk was acting toward patients. 1. Your wait times are usually very long. So you need to have patience with people. 2.
