My experience at Texas Oncology of Grapevine has been exceptional. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and attentive to the need of all the patients. Dr.Tri Lee is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, inspires confidence & is very proactive in my treatment plan. Have absolute trust in his expertise. He is always quick to schedule needed testing or referral to a different specialist.

my doctors sent a referral marking urgent its been almost 2 weeks and we have called everyday and they keep giving us the run around. They keep saying the supervisor has been notified but not a single time has anyone cared enough to call. I have called numerous times to get an update. How difficult can it be to make an appointment? I have excellent insurance, zero co pay everything has been taken care of already so what's the hold up? A patient is already stressed out and this office can't get an appointment made!
