Exceptional Company We had a very old wooden pool fence removed and replaced with an aluminum one. The crew was extremely kind, on time every day, and got to work in some very hot weather. They took the time to do it right, and made sure we were happy throughout the process. We are thrilled with the final result. GM Christopher and front end staff were exceptional from start to finish. We couldn’t imagine finding a better company.
I am having a terrible experience with this company. They got my deposit of over $6,000.00, the check has been cashed and they quit communicating with me. I have emailed them, and they have not responded to my email. I called and left a message and was promised a return call. It has been a week now and this company has not responded to my email or my phone call to start the work they promised to do. I can understand not getting a return phone call for a day. Amazing work done by the crew at Triboro Fencing! Chris was great to work with from day 1 on mapping out the fence, where it would go, what would look best. And Rick was very communicative the days the crew was working! Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely fantastic job from Triboro Fencing! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Chris came out during the winter and had everything lined up perfectly for a mid-April install. Rick was amazing. His eye for detail is on another level.
