Hired them to refinish the painting and top coat on our balcony to restore the paint and level the floor to help drainage. Where to start... had to call them to come back the fix or finish missed things. Got paint white on everything including my glass doors and the brown building walls. The drainage wasn't fixed. When they returned for that they admitted there was an issue. Still insisted I pay most of the invoice with a promise to return and fix it. Never heard from them again. Great company to work with.
This is our second time staying here - and it's a lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfortable - and just have a cool vibe. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar upstairs - as well as chilling by the sauna on the 5th floor. When I stayed here last time, there were only 16 rooms - and now there are 54. It has changed quite alot but still kept the character. Great location as well! Special shout out to Devon, the concierge. Great recommendations and someone who truly knows and loves Charleston.
