In holding himself out as a couples therapist, Bill in in over his head, He lacks the requisite professional qualifications (he is a social worker, not a psychologist) and, in my experience, cannot be trusted to treat clients equitably or maintain confidentiality.
I found Bill to be a compassionate, well-read and experienced, comfortable guide at a much-needed time in my life. He has a comfortable demeanor and excellent listening and guiding skills! Thank you, Bill

In my 27 years of life Bill is the only one who has ever helped me. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone who needs someone to talk to or needs to learn ways to cope with mental disorders. I wish I could give him ten stars.
