Very bad service. Doesn't do his job. Tells people to call him back in a week for updates and it's the same thing everytime (he doesnt have anything to do his job). He keeps this going for a whole month and nothing. Then when you finally ask him if he is even doing his job, he wants to act all offended and say he has more important cases to work on. Very unprofessional and still wants more pay.
