I’ve been coming to Trey Belcher Training about 18mo.and have improved my strength and conditioning.I have a program tailored to my needs and fitness level that changes as needed. They are friendly and motivating and the facility is well equipped,spacious and clean.I’ve been in Danville a long time and I wish that I had found Trey when he first opened.Give them a try,everything to gain!
