8 years & still loving it! If you are looking for a place to workout, and get fit with trained & certified guidance, this is the place. Trey and his team will change they way you thought working out is supposed to be. Trey creates workout plans based on your fitness goals, and your current fitness level. The facility is clean, spacious and fully equipped with what I need to get a great workout in. Come on & give it a try, you wont regret it. Going is half the work.

I’ve gotten farther at this gym than any other one I’ve been to. Training is part of the membership, so you don’t waste any time doing things that won’t get you results. Trey, Luke, and the rest of the staff are always around to help with form. Everyone is encouraging, but there is no pressure. Plus all your workouts are on a cool little spreadsheet, so you don’t have to think about what to do next AND all your stats are being kept so you can see your progress.

trey and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable in all forms of personal training.Thier help with form and technique get the best workout results .Also extremely personable and you feel very comfortable at the workout facility. Would highly recommend Tray Belcher Training to anyone who wants to feel better physically and mentally.

Trey is an amazing trainer. He is very knowledgeable and will give you the tools you need to reach your fitness and wellness goals. I personally didn’t believe I would ever be able to play sports again until I worked with Trey. No matter your age or experience level, he will tailor a plan to your needs and help to get you where you want to be. He’s the best trainer I’ve ever worked with and I highly recommend his services.
