Where to start? First, the new girl (was her first day at the Crocket Group) that handled my insurance last Tuesday was great, it wasn't her fault the last agent handling my risk was no longer with the company. 1) We received a worker's comp audit and we were sent to collections because we never received the correspondence from the carrier and Treweek insurance did not think it was something we should be notified of. When asked why we weren't notified they sent us a copy of the audit request... after we already got it from the carrier. 2) We were never instructed to file an exemption for workers comp as owners even though we were not listed on the policy. As a result, we are stuck with $3,000 more on our premium due to the audit. 3... read more
