After the LCS trew merger I tried to use them and because I knew the sale/rental staff from LSC. It has reminded me why I switched vendors. Very poor customer services. If I can use a different vendor I will.

On the positive side, I appreciate the open house events they host, their solid selection of equipment, and the employees’ technical knowledge. They offer a good range of products and seem well-versed in the gear they sell. However, I have consistently found their customer service lacking.
