Started out well but in the end I was hounded for payment (when the payment arrangements weren't cleared explained to me), had to have the carpet laying delayed because of it and no one bothered to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the install.
Paul from trevors carpets was a great help with selection and service. Went above and beyond. Communicated well throughout the process. The installers did a perfect job and even enjoyed working.
BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!! 😡its a shame this company uses doggy installers who after being paid in full try to charge additional monies and then carry our very poor quality work!! 😡 there installer Norman Kenneth McPherson is unprofessional and his workmanship is reflected in the finished work!!

I love my new carpets so much! Adrian was extremely accommodating, helpful and easy to deal with. There was no pressure put on me to buy from them. Dave did a really professional job laying the carpets too. I couldn't be happier with both the carpet and the service at Trevors Myaree. I can't wait to get the rest of the rooms done now!
