First time I visited Dr Stearns referred by dear friend and I love his attentiveness.
He is very thorough and knew exactly what my issue was and wasn’t quick to want an invasive procedure
Dr Starnes is great and ensures he provides an explanation on the issue at hand. Not sure if yesterday was an anomaly or not, but my appointment was at 4 pm and I didn’t get called back until 5:10 pm. I recommend spreading the appointments out more so patients are not waiting so long after their appointment, especially since the medical staff should already know why the patients are being seen (new patient, follow-up, recurring issue).
Excellent!! He communicated my options after reviewing the X-rays, explained the benefits of the 2 options. Most of all he listened to me, understood my extreme fear of needles. I opted for the Cortisone injection. The overall experience was everything he told me it would be. He has absolutely earned my trust.
