Was told 3 different things over the space of 2 weeks, then just have to ask for refund as they hadn't even ordered half the parts, the person on the phone put the phone down on me mid conversation because I asked for a refund, I gave them my bank details for another part I ordered a week prior to this conversation for a 13£ part, they took a payment out my bank for 60£ for parts I never asked for a week after I asked for a refund and cancelled the whole order, now nearly 4 weeks later and only just got my refund!!
I took my 2021 690 SMCR in for a service with Trevor Pope last year and have just discovered from KTM Bracknell that the oil filter housing bolts were over tightened, causing the threads to be stripped. As a consequence I have had to order a new clutch cover, leave my bike in Bracknell and come home by train and taxi… needless to say, I’m furious and £400 out of pocket as a consequence…I hope KTM UK are reading this.
Helpful staff got everything you need if they haven’t got it they can get it the work shop helped me out a lot had a puncture took it in 1 hour before closing they put on a new tyres and new tube for me there and then
Took my sons KTM E5 here for battery coding very polite and very helpful I highly recommend them.
