2nd time visiting this store as I thought the first was a fluke in terms of poor experience. However, once again the people behind the counter came across extremely rude and un-interested with what I had to say. Was more than happy to sell me a £65 battery, but was told after purchasing I had to install it myself despite me mentioning not having the space or the tools to do it. Disgraceful selling practices and lack of respect for the customer ! 3 weeks ago I purchased parts for 2023 KTM ADV R . 3 days later received email that product was dispatched . As I didn't received purchased items I asked them number of times for the tracking number and explanation . I didn't get any response from them since 2 weeks . Still didn't get my money back too and I need to ask PayPal to step up .
