I was well informed on my pending procedure and other options that I had inquired about.
Dr. Poole is a top notch doctor. He got me in right away, and even though he was not able to perform my surgery he made sure that I was well cared for. When we met pre-surgery and post surgery he took his time with me to make sure that I understood what was done and made sure that I was satisfied. He is an excellent surgeon and I would highly recommend him. And his staff likewise is great as well. I was valued and not just rushed though. Thank you so much.
