Went there to buy riding gloves as a gift for my husband.. The sales lady directed me the right one, they also gave me the option to exchange for right size if it dint fit him, sweet of them. While billing when i just happen to ask her if she has a spare box laying around (wanted to wrap it up before i get home), she sarcastically said “this is not Ballantynes”, a “no” could have just been fine but that was impolite.
Family run like the good bike shops used to be. Super friendly and helpful service with a wealth of knowledge and a genuine love of motorcycles. A pleasure to deal with.
I just like to drop a message and say I'm so glad I've joined the yamaha family I've been in to trevor pierce a few times now to get a few things and always been greeted by very friendly staff , they also sponsor our rac group [riders against cancer] and really look after us I was in today with my mt 10 as my check engine light was on and trevor attended to it right away and looked after me very well with good info and a chat about my bike , a service that is lacking in alot of motorcycle shops these days I'll definitely be ... read more
Awsome experience dealing with this company Great speedy service and fantastic support from the front of house. We got more than our money's worth Wich is saying alot. Fantastic team to deal with we will definitely be back. my son and I have taken the day off today to take his now smoothly running pw80 to the Selwyn river.
