The experience and knowledge that Hannah has was probably the best service I have received from a real estate agent. I have brought and sold many houses in Ballarat and I will make sure that Hannah is our person if we buy and sell again, in the future. Hannah has that personal approach along with her interior design knowledge that shows that she knows the industry inside out and has the ability to envisage what it would look like after a renovation. We could not be thankful enough.
Met Phil whilst looking for a home to buy, we didn’t buy from him in the long run but he was the only agent in and around Ballarat that actually made an effort to check in and keep in touch.
The way they treat tenants is, quite frankly, appalling. Renters, avoid these guys like the plague.
Absolutely fantastic! Hannah handled everything so professionally and efficiently in order to purchase my first home. I am so impressed by the quick response time, handling of negotiations and always so happy to answer any questions that I had. I’m very lucky that I had Trevor Petrie Estates as the agents and would highly recommend !
