No waiting and completely professional in all areas of service. Dr. McIver spends time answering all queries and provides and prioritizes options for care. I appreciated his open manner and friendliness. Well done team!
His bedside manor is very personable, he is straight to the point and is very thorough. I haven't had the surgery yet but he is very confident so I'm sure it will be just great.
