To Trevor Mathis and his staff. Terrible General Surgery department. After my procedure I did not hear from Dr. Mathis or his staff for my results. I waited 2 months and decided to call them myself. All I got was “everything’s good” and she hung up. Dr. Mathis and his staff are rude and unprofessional. You need to learn to follow up with patients after going through something very sensitive. Dr. Mathis has been very caring and compassionate. I asked him for his opinion and he gave me just that in a very professional manor. I would recommend him to anyone! His staff was very polite, and provided us with a laugh or two, I enjoyed the experience in his office, I will go back, I believe he is one of the BEST!
One of the worst offices I have been to. Dr Mathis was OK but acted like my husband puking up blood was no big deal. His secretary really should quit her job and find a job she likes including the snobby nurse. So hateful no hospitality and treat you like you are a nuisance. Makes you feel very uncomfortable and unwanted in their office. No wonder we were the only patience in the office. My husband said he would rather bleed to death then go back. Pretty sad someone would rather die then go back
