Doctor was wonderful. But the office staff told me that the casting was 100% covered at the initial visit. At the follow up visit I was told I owed a balance for the casting. I pointee out to them that they told me it was covered and they said take it up with my insurance. No issue with the doctor but the staff lied to me.
I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get an appointment and how helpful the front office staff was. Dr. Trevor Baddaloo was absolutely amazing—he has excellent bedside manner, was incredibly thorough, and took his time explaining everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. I had the best experience at this office. The whole staff is extremely professional, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and just simply wonderful. The amazing doctor tended to me with so much care. This place is great. highly recommend it!
