Dr. Allegra Saving and her team were wonderful. She performed my 1st surgery(appendectomy) under general anesthesia and it couldn't have gone any better. I was afraid(especially because the surgery was not something I had time to mentally prepare for as I was in the ER for acute appendicitis), but Dr. Saving & her team made sure that I was comfortable and well informed throughout the whole process. The actual surgery went very well, and the incisions and recovery process all reflect her/her teams' expertise and care.
My husband stopped breathing during a routine colonoscopy. Dr Saving neglected to mention that to me nor did she put it in her surgery notes. I only found out when the nurse mentioned it when I picked him up at the hospital door. **If I knew how to DM the owner of this page, as mentioned below I would, but can't figure out how.** Responding to me & telling me to DM you is useless. No phone number, no way in which to contact you. I've also contacted Audubon Hospital with my concerns. I will be following up with them as well. ... read more
