Staff left patient in urine soaked bed two different times.Staff would not answer the 'call button'. Staff did not come get patient off of toilet for 45 minutes. Staff had to be reminded to give patient medication.Staff did not check on patient. Patient was left to fend for themselves.Hygenine care for patient is deplorable.

My dad was recently in Treviso Transitional Care In Longview Texas. He was there about 2 months. We are very unhappy with the care he was given. He has dementia, and his eye sight is not good. He rarely had water that he could get to, he got dehydrated, they put a catheter in to get a urine sample without calling and letting us know what was going on.
