There have been 2 receptionist that are EXTREMELY rude when answering the phone. I asked to speak to one in particular and did not get her name correct. The first one that answered the phone had an attitude and asked rudely “who?” Another one came to the phone and stated the one I asked for was not in. I stated I would call back later and thanked her and she just slammed the phone down. No thank you, your welcome or any acknowledgment. Typical Laredo, HORRIBLE customer service!!!
