I have been bringing my vehicles to Rene for over 10 years. ALWAYS the best, ALWAYS the leat exoensive, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS courteous, ALWAYS good service. I had my F-350 Crewcab 7.3l Godzilla 4x4 auto transmission fixed before a big trip to Oregon with my 27ft travel trailer. On the trip we had a problem, so I called Rene, he diagnosed the problem ON THE PHONE and told me to put it in 3rd and rock on. Just got my transfer case rebuilt. The price was great. The service was great and also the warranty. One of the Best in El Paso.
This place is a dump. Another shop sent my 4runner there without my knowledge. When I went to pick it up, they left it unlocked, windows down, and key in the ignition. The car was full of El Paso dust. The leather driver's seat was torn. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Took my SUV in and the transmission wasn't completed properly. It was missing 3 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid! Horrible work. Avoid them.
