I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. I was a bit unsure how my light-colored synthetic basement carpet in Memphis would turn out because it had several deep set stains, but the cleaning results were excellent. The carpet now looks fresh and almost like new. Leo and Everett arrived on time, were friendly, skilled, and worked efficiently. Leo and Everett arrived right on time and got started right away with the carpet cleaning. First, they set up corner guards to help protect the walls, then carefully cleaned along the edges and corners by hand on their knees with the proper upholstery and carpet detail tools. They applied a pretreatment to loosen the soil and spots, then used rotary scrubbers and strong extraction to deep clean the carpet. I had my living room and hallway carpets cleaned, and I am so glad I booked the service. Leo was the technician assigned to my job, and he did an excellent job. My almost 30-year-old carpet looks fresh and so much better. Leo and the office team, including Everett, were all very helpful and kind.
