Requested a free estimate on remodeling home, estimator came out to take measurements and materials on notes. Waited until Saturday made a call to Trevino’s and left message on machine for a call back. No one called, I texted the estimator Monday morning, he responded late Monday afternoon he said he would prepare the estimate, again nothing happened the next day. The lack of a response is not good for business when a customer has a potential thousands of dollars in remodeling work to provide.
