Nice Forum Restaurant We had lunch at the Trevi in the Caesar's Forum Shops area. The seating is in a patio area within the Forum. We had a large group that they easily accommodated and allowed us to linger and talk after the lunch. Everyone enjoyed the Italian food.
If you like Gelato and Sorbetto... I have had Gelato and Sorbetto at the Trevi several times. It used to be very good, but the quality has fallen off with regard to the intensity of flavor in these classic Italian desserts, and for the price, it is not worth it anymore. There is another place to get gelato and sorbetto in the Forum Shops in which Trevi is located. great! We had lunch here, and everything was delicious! You can sit "outside" by the Trevi fountain (which is really inside with the forum shops) or you can sit inside the restaurant. We sat outside and completely enjoyed it! The food was great, particularly the caprese, which was wonderful with the pesto, pine nuts, fresh mozzarella and grilled tomatoes.
Good Lunch Lunch at Trevi was good. The caprese salad was fantastic, they roasted the tomatoes and they were heavenly (I don't usally like cooked tomatoes.) My entree was good but I will probably try something different if I go again.
