I had a horrible experience in Trevelyan house surgery when I come for the help in our situation. The mananger Moira McCallum was rude, not listening, with bad manner and not understanding crucial situation. We was so unhappy and she made me very unwell! So we come to help in the surgery and meet rude, ignorant staff!
Very nice reception staff (rare for a GP) and lots of extremely kind and attentive GPs. Never a long wait for appointments. The worst part about living was having to leave this GP practice.
I had excellent service, to start with, my first service with Vin Vinny coordinator D patient care, very kind and polite, then Nurse Alexandra My son was very well taken care of by her, she is very kind and gave me a lot of information for what I needed, thank you for having professionals ,so attentive.
