When I developed an infection whilst on holiday Trevelyan House were brilliant. Firstly, the receptionist I spoke to originally was really kind and helpful and made me a telephone appointment with Ms Alexandra (ANP) that afternoon. Ms Alexandra called me as promised and was extremely helpful and professional. The challenge was getting my prescription to me in wales where i was on holiday.
