I had a great experience with Marvin at Trevago Auto. I brought my Jeep in because it was having issues, and I had no idea what was wrong. I searched online, and I was convinced that it was going to be a major and expensive repair, which made me nervous. Marvin took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, and figure out exactly what was going on. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Recently had my daughter’s car serviced. Marvin was able to get her car in right away. The price was reasonable. He was very informative and kept us in the loop the entire time. Would definitely recommend this place !
Slow service, no communication. My truck was brought here to have some repairs that were supposed to be under warranty. They kept the truck for one week and all the fixed was the horn and replaced the battery. So Friday comes and I’m expecting to pick my truck up, only to be told that some of the stuff isn’t covered under warranty yet, so I have to bring it back after driving another 1000 miles and then we can file the claim.
