My husband and I rode from Southern Alberta to Vancouver, on our 2012 Triglide. We arrived in Richmond at our accommodation and bike died. Would not start, so changed out battery thinking that would solve issue. Next day, bike dead. Contacted Trev Deely and they got it right in to assess problem. Was stator plus a couple of minor issues. Even though their service department is extremely busy, the mechanic came in early next day to work on it and get us back on the road quickly. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable
Braeden and team in service department once again delivered excellent service and a quick turn around on a small warranty issue. My CVO was picked up same day of issue. and delivered 5 days later repaired, and cleaned & detailed. Communication through the process was excellent!
The staff at Deeley were all very helpful and professional about getting me the exact bike I wanted and put together with the pieces I wanted on it, in a very short window of time.
