Got a flat near ozona last night and stayed here at a motel to wait for a tire shop to open, was about to pull into tretos and witnessed a staff member aggressively walk out into the parking lot towards an older looking dog and smack it very hard then reared his leg back and kicked the dog with full force. Absolutely not giving my business to a place like that. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Absolute worst service I’ve ever had! I generally love Texas but it reminded me why Texas has such a racist history. I noticed my check oil light came on after a 8 hour drive on the road and I was scared of being stranded in a small town. I stopped at the only oil change place in town and the man was extremely rude and kept saying that they were going to lunch. I figured I had no other option so I had to wait. I had to visit this tire shop after experiencing a flat tire on i-10. My car was brought in by a tow truck. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the tire size I needed in stock, but they quickly placed an order and assured me it would arrive the next morning. True to their word, the car was ready by 9:30 AM. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I’m very grateful for their prompt and reliable service!
i was here for my trailer tire and they fix really quick and fast. nice and clean place. nice people
The only tow company that answered the phone in the Crockett County area. Fair price for it being after hours and a weekend. Great service.
